In the fast-paced media landscape, defending intellectual property and copyrights is essential. As a specialist in media law, I protect my clients’ intangible assets and creations. In legal disputes and with complex contracts, artist and companies benefit from my many years of experience with civil litigation and arbitration.

My expertise also extends to conflicts in finance, bank and capital markets law, in particular to the German Capital Markets Test Case Act (CMTCA) of capital investors and to damage compensation litigations.

Prior to joining dtb, I was counsel for various large media companies. As a writer for Film Rights at C.H. Beck and author of a widely received dissertation covering the legal foundations of public and private archives in Germany, I am an active voice in the field of media law.

I speak German, English and French.
