Your area of responsibility

• Supporting the team with general secretarial and administrative tasks, deadline management, electronic file processing
• First point of contact for our long-standing and new clients
• Billing according to RVG and time recording

What you bring with you

• Legal assistant, preferably with many years of professional experience or returning to work
• Self-determined and independent work
• Structured and conscientious way of working, organisational talent and flexibility
• High level of trustworthiness, strong communication skills, positive charisma and enjoy working in a team
• Proficient with MS Office, RA-MICRO legal software (not an absolute requirement)
