Over the span of two decades, I have developed a special expertise for Eastern and Southeastern Europe. As a lecturer at the Institute for Eastern Law Munich, I am responsible for the law of Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Through consulting projects for the Council of Europe and the World Bank, among others, I was able to contribute to legal and institutional reforms in these countries.
I speak German, English and Romanian.
